At Emiliao Milano we're committed to getting your order to you promptly and reliably.

Free shipping

Shipping is free across the United States, with no minimum order value. Returns are free too: if a piece isn't right, we'll send you a prepaid label.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During this time we prepare your order: verification, quality control and packing.

Delivery time

The estimated total is 5–14 business days from the time you order, processing included. Times can vary depending on your area and the carrier.

Tracking

We provide a tracking number for every order shipped. Tracking information is generally available within 24–48 hours of shipping, and you'll receive an email as soon as the number goes live.

Delays

While we work hard to meet the times shown above, unexpected delays can happen due to carriers or weather. If you're experiencing a significant delay, email us at assistenza@emiliao-milano.com

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

It's the customer's responsibility to enter all shipping details correctly: full name, street address, apartment or unit number where applicable, city, state, ZIP code and phone number.

If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or refused by the recipient, we can reship it once we have the corrected details. If you decide not to proceed with the order, our Refund Policy applies.
